1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its packaging intact.
In accordance with European regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing justification, except in the case of non-returnable products for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with applicable regulations, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not accepted, except if the product arrives defective or damaged.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at: info@medipeel.es
Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the product if applicable. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrect, or arrived damaged. In such cases, MEDIPEEL will cover the costs.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the return process must be followed.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
