Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

Customers can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with current regulations, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not accepted, except in the case that the product arrives defective or damaged.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department by sending an email to: info@medipeel.es

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if applicable. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrect, or arrived damaged. In such cases, MEDIPEEL SPAIN will cover the costs.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days .

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process must be followed.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a suitable solution at no additional cost.
